Welcome to Pelican Shores North Homeowners Association, Inc. The entire
association is comprised of 14 Single Family Custom Home Lots. The community is
currently in the initial stages of development. The Pelican Shores North HOA is
located along a beautiful recreational lake.
This site is designed for Pelican Shores North Association members, to provide
general HOA information along with updates about the community.
Most new information will be posted on this main page, but please feel free to check
out the rest of the website for useful information.
If you have suggestions on how to improve the HOA or ideas on how to make this
site better, please contact the Management Company listed below. A dedicated
email account has been established to contact the Board with you comments,
suggestions, or questions. Emails sent to BOARD@PelicanShoresNorthHOA.org will
be automatically forwarded to all Board Members for their review.
The name of the street in the community was updated from Dougla Dr., to WATERSIDE LN. in 2015.
BILLINGS: The 2018 Assessments will be $1000 per calendar quarter. A Special Assessment has also been approved for $285 per calendar quarter. Total amount due on a quarterly basis is $1285. Assessments statements will be mailed approximately 15 days prior to the due date of the assessment. Assessments are due the 1st of the month each calendar quarter, and are considered late if not received by the 15th of the month. Any account with a balance due as of the 1st of the month will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association.
Regular Board Meetings are typically held 11:00am on the 2nd Wednesday in Odd Numbered Months at the Foster Management Office – 700 Ken Pratt Blvd., STE 111, Longmont, CO 80501. All homeowners and residents of the community are welcome to attend this regular Board Meeting.
The day to day management of the Association is performed by Foster Management.
